Once upon another time, in a forest, there lived 3 bears - Teddy bear, Papa bear and Gummi bear. They were very friendly and made friends with any animal in the forest! Then one day a girl came into the forest to gather berries. Gummi bear said "lets go and befriend her!" Teddy bear agreed. However, strangely, Papa bear didnt want to make friends with her. The other 2 bears were very shocked! They asked Papa bear why?! (and Im sure you also want to know.haha) It was because... long time ago, when Papa bear was just Baby bear, a girl name goldilocks invaded his house n ate up his papa n mama n his porridge, and worst, broke his FAVOURITE chair! i wanted to post an entry and here i am, but now im so lazy to do so..
so here's a slip short one:

1. tues 9dec: henderson waves bridge "adventure"
2. wed 10dec: night cycling
3. thurs 11dec: pie-making + macs dinner (instead of bball) + august rush
4. fri 12dec: day at borders + nice ice-cream!
5. sat 13dec: soccer friendly with juniors + dry run + 70's christmas party
6. mon 15dec: soccer courts hunt + 3D bolt!!
7. tues 16dec, today: mediacorp califare

if i feel like it ill expand on them one day. haha!

august rush is awesome by the way. and so is bolt! :P

standard chartered half marathon:

I SURVIVED.

with no help of the disgusting power gel.
so thankful to run w zhien, if not i would have walked the last lap. haha so thanks. :)

haha and i'm using standard chartered colours!

came home super hungry and super in need of the toilet (haha)
shower then ate and immediately fell asleep for the rest of the afternoon!

aching..

i want to play bball (but not now of course) hope no last minute changes..

and i want to get a proper bike so can do dualthon next year!
but CONFIRM must train if not x_X
